Caregiver Needed Flexible Schedule

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Caregiver to join our team on a flexible schedule, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to a woman with dimentia/alzheimers. Responsibilities Assist her with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, Monitor patient for any changes in condition, reporting findings accurately and promptly Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs Support clients with medication reminders, care plans, and documentation to ensure consistent and safe care delivery Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, group homes, nursing homes, or home health environments is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of distress or deterioration Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in Alzheimer's care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information Strong communication skills and patience Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; a proactive attitude towards caregiving responsibilities Join us in providing heartfelt care that truly makes a difference!
