Duties Provide attentive overnight supervision and support to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort during sleeping hours Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene care Monitor residents' health by observing vital signs, medication adherence, and overall condition, reporting any concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals and snacks as needed, adhering to care plans and dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas through light cleaning duties to promote a healthy environment Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to assist with mobility and prevent injury during transfers Follow all HIPAA regulations to protect residents' privacy and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring is essential Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as Alzheimer's or dementia care are a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory care needs is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and use supportive equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and family members Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and respecting resident confidentiality Join us in providing compassionate overnight care that enhances quality of life for our residents. Pay:
