Dental Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time) Vienna, VA We are a modern, boutique general dental office in Vienna, VA looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient-centered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. At our practice, we believe dentistry should feel calm, personalized, and relationship-focused. We are looking for someone who brings empathy, positive energy, and a genuine desire to help others every single day.

Requirements:

Chairside assisting: four-handed dentistry, suctioning, retraction, setup, sterilization, clinical notes, and anticipating the doctor's needs Digital dentistry: iTero scanning, CEREC same-day crowns, digital workflows, clinical photography, and modern dental technology Invisalign & cosmetic dentistry: Invisalign support, whitening, bonding, veneers, smile design, and cosmetic case preparation Patient communication & treatment support: warm communication, explaining treatment benefits, helping patients feel comfortable, and supporting case acceptance Facial esthetics support: assisting with Botox/facial esthetics appointments, patient comfort, photos, setup, and documentation Professional qualities: reliable, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, gentle with patients, comfortable with technology, and excited to grow with the practice X-Ray certification (required) Dental Assisting certification (highly preferred)

Compensation:

$24

• 27 per hour (based on experience and skills)
