Caregiver Placement & Operations Coordinator Now Hiring:

Fast-Paced Scheduling & Operations Coordinator (Home Care) We are seeking a highly organized, fast-paced Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to manage staffing for multiple homes, each with different care schedules , along with a rotating pool of caregivers and contractors. This is NOT a simple scheduling desk job where you take calls and say "we have an opening at 1:00 Friday." This role requires active coordination, problem-solving, and real-time decision-making across multiple locations and shifting schedules.

What you will be managing:

Weekly scheduling for multiple homes, each with unique care needs and timeframes Placing caregivers into appropriate homes based on skill, availability, and coverage needs Handling call-outs and finding immediate replacements to ensure homes stay staffed Managing last-minute changes, urgent coverage gaps, and schedule conflicts Coordinating with caregivers, contractors, and internal staff daily Keeping all schedules accurate, updated, and fully covered at all times Supporting general managerial and operational office tasks What we are looking for: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Strong ability to multitask across multiple homes and schedules at once Quick decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills Highly organized and detail-oriented under pressure Reliable, responsive, and strong communicator Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, caregiving coordination, or operations preferred This is a high-accountability role where things move quickly and priorities change throughout the day. You must be able to think ahead, react fast, and keep multiple homes properly staffed at all times. Pay:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
