Your Impact As a Caregiver, you become a trusted companion and essential support for older adults who rely on you.

You will:

Provide hands‑on, person‑centered care with empathy and professionalism Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and pulse Offer medication reminders and maintain accurate documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting home environment Prepare simple, nutritious meals tailored to client needs Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to clients and their families Reliable transportation for local appointments or outings Every task you complete contributes to a senior's sense of safety, comfort, and well‑being. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or medical offices is preferred Qualities That Make You Shine Exceptional housekeeping habits Creative problem‑solving and independent thinking A warm, patient, and self‑motivated approach to caregiving Current openings available in the Sparta area.
