Caregiver Trainer position

Join a Rapidly Growing Home Care Team We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregiver with a minimum CNA certification to join our expanding team in a unique dual-role opportunity. This position is ideal for an experienced caregiver who enjoys mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while continuing hands-on caregiving in the field.

Position Overview This role combines:

• 2 days per week dedicated to caregiver education, orientation, mentoring, and training
• 3-5 days per week providing quality in-home caregiving services to clients As our agency continues to grow rapidly across Central Illinois, we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping both clients and caregivers succeed. Responsibilities Caregiver Training & Education
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
• Educate caregivers on company policies, procedures, and expectations
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring in the field
• Reinforce quality care standards and professionalism
• Support ongoing caregiver development and confidence Caregiving Duties
• Provide compassionate companionship and personal care
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Dementia and Alzheimer's support
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff Qualifications
• Minimum CNA Certification required
• Prior caregiving experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to mentor and encourage others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
