In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care across a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home care environments. Your energy and commitment will directly enhance the quality of life for individuals of all ages, including seniors, children, and those with developmental disabilities or memory care needs. Responsibilities Dressing Bathing Toileting Grooming Eating Mobility and transfers Help residents feel safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day Provide companionship, patience, and emotional support Follow resident care plans and communicate changes to management or nursing staff Serve meals and assist with dining as needed Help keep the home clean, organized, and safe Respond quickly to resident needs, call lights, and emergencies Complete documentation and charting accurately Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
