Time:

10AM to 5PM 7 days a week or 5 days a week Hoyer lift available

• A & S Health Care Service is a licensed home care service provider in the following counties: Gwinnett, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Henry, Clayton, and Rockdale.

We are looking to hire qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred Current CPR certification, based on state requirements Updated TB results/ Chest x-ray Reliable transportation Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living to include bathing, toileting, dressing, ambulation and range of motion exercises in accordance with plans of care Obtain patients' vital signs to include temperatures, pulses and blood pressures Track patients' input and output as required Change linens according to established schedule and patient needs Complete all appropriate paperwork, and submit to management Adhere to all established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations Perform other related duties as assigned Must be dependable A & S Health Care Service is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to hiring and maintaining capable and devoted workforces.
