• 84 y/o female in View Park, requiring five
• 8 hour weekday shifts which is 40 hrs per week.

Looking for Long-term employment with the right Caregiver match. Must already have an HCA (Home Care Aide Number). Please do not apply if you do not have prior caregiving experience. We will work with you if you have other client work commitments; however Caregiver must be available on the agreed-upon days each week once the schedule is set. At Concierge Senior Care, we are looking for experienced private caregivers to provide client care in a professional and compassionate manner. While our clients have a variety of needs, this position is a satisfying and rewarding calling; as individuals who are ill, injured or aging and need supportive care are incredibly grateful for your compassionate assistance. Our ideal candidate is patient, friendly with good communication skills. Able to listen to clients in a compassionate manner. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of Activities of Daily living tasks to help clients. //conciergescms.clearcareonline.com/quick-apply/ Responsibilities Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside, if directed Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Plan, prepare and serve meals to our clients, if applicable Assist clients with formulating shopping lists or accompany them when they shop, if applicable Carry and put away groceries Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, clean up kitchen Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any unusual incidents to the Concierge Supervisor as soon as possible Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Proven experience as a caregiver Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Basic Diabetes knowledge is extremely helpful and understanding of medication timing reminders, Need to remind client to monitor his Blood Glucose level on iPhone, remind client when it is time to self-inject his Insulin Housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints & needs Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Arrives to shifts on time , or a few minutes early with a positive attitude Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Proof of Home Care Aid Registration number required Reliable transportation is mandatory for any accepted assignment Experience with end-of-life, bed-bound clients helpful
