Community Care Services seeks a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable in-home caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to residents in their homes. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life in a comfortable, safe, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful interactions with residents. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment. Assist with medication reminders and monitor residents' health conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff or family members. Provide transportation or accompany residents to appointments, errands, or recreational activities, as needed. Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided. Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, and independence while fostering a warm and respectful relationship.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing quality care.
