• As a CNA Home Health Aid, you will assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and well-being.

You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs. • Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, in collaboration with our healthcare team
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to our healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
