Location:

Englewood Cliffs, NJ Responsibilities:

• Checking the vessel &operating status and movements.
• Preparing and sending voyage instructions and appointments with port agents.
• Invoicing freight to charterers and arranging remittance to port agents, etc.
• Communicate with vessel captains and port agents via telephone and e-mail regarding voyages.
• Arrange fuel and lubricant supply to vessels.
• Assist with crew arrangements.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel etc.)
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Reading, writing, and speaking Spanish preferred
• Previous working experience at a Japanese company is highly preferred.
• Logistics coordinator or related experience

Pay:

$23.00
