Executive Assistant - Bilingual Korean/English

Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Confidentiality and Discretion Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their office and facilitating effective communication and coordination. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Administrative Support:
o Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. o Prepare and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. o Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. 2.
Communication and Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. o Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. o Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution. 3.
Project Management:
o Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives. o Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. 4.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
o Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information. o Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and other confidential documents. 5.
Office Management:
o Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. o Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • English/Korean bilingual - business communications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a corporate or executive office setting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.
g., English, Korean, or other languages) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with occasional travel as required.
