$25-$35 per hour Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and independent Carpenter to perform skilled carpentry work for kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites. Key Responsibilities Perform precise carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry installation, trim work, and custom woodworking for kitchen and bathroom renovations. Installation of shower systems Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution. Measure, cut, and install materials such as wood, drywall, and other construction components with attention to detail. Drywall finishing Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Independently manage tasks and timelines to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in residential remodeling or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, Van provided after probationary period. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience with custom cabinetry or finish carpentry. Familiarity with other trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical) to coordinate effectively on renovation projects.
