Responsibilities Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, adhering to blueprints and schematics. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to support various construction activities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for project execution. Collaborate with team members on framing carpentry, roofing, drywall, and trim work to meet project specifications. Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry, plastering, woodworking, and siding tasks as needed. Support heavy lifting operations using appropriate techniques and equipment for efficiency and safety. Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols. Skilled in roofing, siding and framing carpentry. Proficient with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on active construction sites. Experience with woodworking, drywall installation, plastering, trim carpentry, and restoration projects is highly desirable. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces as required by various tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship.
