Responsibilities Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage and execute masonry work, including stucco, siding, plastering, and roofing tasks Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide framing, carpentry, and remodeling projects Oversee installation of woodwork, trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Collaborate with project managers to coordinate tasks such as restoration, remodeling, and siding installation Assist in the operation of heavy machinery for lifting and positioning materials on-site Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry or related fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, plastering or stucco work is highly desirable Familiarity with framing carpentry, woodworking, trim carpentry and drywall installation Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and site regulations Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory Join our team as a where your craftsmanship will shape impressive structures while advancing your career in a vibrant construction environment.
