Carpenter

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Capenter to join our dynamic outdoor living construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of builds including pressure treated to composite decks/pool decks, gazebos, shed kits, pergolas and related tasks, including repairs, concrete forming, footings and framing. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of these diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every site. A team player that is passionate about delivering exceptional results Responsibilities Lead and assist with decks, gazebos, shed kit structures ensuring structural integrity, follow local code protocols and adherence to design and overall aesthetics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and footings Manage various aspects of each project, including material ordering & scheduling Operate power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities Perform heavy lifting tasks using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on site Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols Skilled in trim carpentry, framing carpentry Familiarity with various types of composite decking, railings, above ground pool decking and safety applications Competence in using hand tools and power tools efficiently while maintaining safety standards Experience working on diverse construction sites Excellent teamwork skills combined with strong attention to detail for high-quality craftsmanship Join our outdoor living team if you're ready to bring your construction expertise to exciting projects that challenge your skills!
