Carpenter

ACS design/build Inc. - Established 1982, is seeking experienced Carpenters and Lead Carpenters. Our projects are primarily high-end residential constructions, generally located in Central Vermont - from Rutland to Quechee and Bethel to Ludlow. Applicants should be proficient in all aspects of residential carpentry, to include complex framing to fine finish work. It is essential individuals consistently bring reliable work ethic, and all the hand tools professional carpenters utilize in their daily tasks; these attributes and prior experience are the basis in determining compensation. Larger power tools, such as chop and table saws, compressors, nail guns are supplied by ACS. Pay rates range from 25 to 40 dollars an hour (project management skills may qualify for higher compensation). In addition to accrued sick time, year-end bonuses are awarded to employees that consistently deliver timeliness, reliability, precision, old-school work ethic and a team attitude. This is a well-established and well respected operation, always with a backlog of significant projects. There is always opportunity available for advancement for the right individual.
