Carpenter / Construction Team Member

Overview We work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects mainly in Southcoast Massachusetts, including framing, siding, trim work, decks, windows, sheds, remodeling, and general carpentry. Duties Assist with residential and commercial construction projects Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, decks, remodeling, and finish work with attention to detail Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, flooring, windows, etc. to meet project specifications Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards on-site Maintain clean and organized job sites Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, and/or other construction or carpentry roles Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction tasks Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, and other fabrication tools Ability to work outdoors, lift heavy materials, working at heights and/or in confined spaces General knowledge of various skilled trades including roofing, masonry, flooring installation, minor plumbing and electrical work Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and ability to follow detailed instructions Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
