LION OPS, LLC

is seeking a Carpenter to perform a variety of carpentry and general construction tasks, including framing, finish work, repairs, and jobsite buildouts. This role requires safe work practices, quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently while representing Lion Ops professionally on customer sites. Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work on active job sites including, as needed:
• Rough carpentry / framing (walls, blocking, backing, layouts)
• Finish carpentry (trim, doors/hardware, punch-list items)
• Repairs, patching, and general construction support
• Read and understand job tickets, scope notes, and basic drawings/measurements.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately using hand and power tools.
• Install and repair building components such as drywall backing, access panels, shelves, rails, brackets, and supports.
• Support field crews with site prep and closeout work, including demo, protection, cleanup, and minor removals/repairs as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; follow PPE requirements and site rules.
• Follow Lion Ops safety procedures and applicable regulations/standards, including OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily records of work completed and materials used; communicate progress/issues to the field lead.
• Provide professional, respectful customer service and communicate clearly with site contacts and team members.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Construction/carpentry experience preferred; strong entry-level candidates with hands-on skills will be considered.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely; training provided as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
• Comfortable working in active job sites, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Basic communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to local job sites; company vehicle use may be available depending on assignment. Preferred Skills
• Experience with framing layouts, door installs, trim/finish work, and punch-list completion.
• Familiarity with basic jobsite documentation, including photos and notes via phone/tablet.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working alongside electrical, telecom, or low-voltage crews is helpful on integrated projects.
