Carpenter - Lead or Entry Level

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality carpentry work across a variety of projects. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for framing, trimming, drywall installation, and finishing work Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and countertops with precision and attention to detail Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application as needed for various projects Assist with demolition, restoration, and remodeling tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work site Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols including proper use of caulking, roofing techniques, glazing, flooring installation, and tile laying. Requirements Prior experience in construction or carpentry is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply Ability to read schematics accurately Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and safety procedures on construction sites Knowledge of various trades including framing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, masonry, plastering, fabrication, and fixture installation Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Join us in performing exceptional projects while advancing your career!
