• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team.

Duties Assist in framing, drywall installation, and finish carpentry including door hanging, fixture installation, and cabinet setup Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble building materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as rebar installation, concrete forming, and roofing work Support restoration projects involving water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, stucco application, and siding repairs Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding or temporary structures, and ensuring safety compliance Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical or plumbing fixture setups Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, remodeling or manufacturing industries Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and metal stud framing equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and building codes Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality standards Prior experience with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
