Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system required Strong communication and critical thinking skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality bedside patient care in a dynamic medical-surgical setting Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using EPIC Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care strategies Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and hospital policies Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
