Carpenter/Laborer

About us We are a professional management co, and our goal is to offer a flexible schedule and overtime if wanted. Pay is directly related to your experience and ability. Duties

• Looking for a carpenter capable of putting in windows. We have a couple that need to be replace.
• Perform carpentry work, including but not limited to door/window hanging, tile laying, drywall repair, flooring and painting, etc
• Restore and repair structures using various tools and techniques
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner ```Requirements```
• Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction industry
• Proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills, such as decking, door or window hanging, tile laying, drywall repair, etc
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team This is a 2 month project we are hiring for and will pay depending on ability and experience.

If you do quality work you can work our next project as this one concludes in 2 months. Bonus are available for quality work performed and bringing the project in under schedule.
