Carpenter/Lead Carpenter

Seeking experienced and apprentice carpenters to join our team. All open positions are full-time, hourly non-exempt with growth potential for the right candidate(s). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, punctuality and dependability, ability to organize their work, and a desire to be self-autonomous. Candidate should be prepared to work a full-time, Monday-Thursday day shift schedule. Crews and carpenters work four 10 hour shifts. Start times vary depending on seasonality and weather conditions. Applicants may be subject to a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening. Applicants should have an acceptable driving record and/or reliable transportation to the company offices. Crews have access to company vehicles for commute to jobsites subject to an acceptable driving record. Skills/Responsibilities Assist carpentry team in all aspects of finish and framing work Working knowledge of Post Frame/Pole Barn assembly Install semi-custom and pre-assembled cabinets, vanities, doors, closet systems, etc. Exterior and interior framing/window installation/siding installation Installation of millwork, hardware, etc. Have a working knowledge of common job-related tools Understand how to read and decipher blueprints, customer expectations and code compliance Have a basic knowledge of technology, computer usage and cell phones Honest and accurate record keeping (timeslips, expenses/receipts, logs, etc.) Provide general support to managers and jobsite supervision A customer-focused attitude and demeanor Personal Qualities Well-kept appearance and personal etiquette Punctual, honest & dependable A desire to grow and expand, a team player Self-motivated and success driven Compensation Pay Range for

$22-38 per hour DOE/DOQ Pay Range for

Apprentice Carpenter:

$20-30 per hour
