In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks across various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to building, renovating, and restoring structures with precision and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and trim work to complex restoration and fabrication tasks, all while maintaining a lively and energetic work environment. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Perform framing carpentry including metal stud framing, wood framing, and concrete forming for various building components. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing materials, flooring, tile, and drywall (including plastering and stucco). Execute specialized tasks such as rebar installation, water damage restoration, mold remediation, caulking, and water proofing to ensure durability and safety. Assist with demolition, remodeling projects, and site cleanup while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to read blueprints accurately and follow schematics for precise fabrication and installation. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing carpentry components. Support construction estimating efforts by providing accurate measurements and material requirements. Contribute to project planning by understanding project timelines and coordinating tasks effectively on-site. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong background in framing, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, or restoration industries. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) fabrication is a plus. Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, saws, sanders; heavy lifting equipment experience preferred. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and material fabrication processes. Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards. Ability to perform precise measurements for cabinetry installation or tile laying; experience with plumbing or electrical work is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
