Carpenter/Sub Contractor

Job Description - Carpenter A carpenter is responsible for performing construction duties, following clients' specifications, and ensuring the highest quality of work. Carpenters regularly inspect projects, make adjustments as needed, and repair defects or inconsistencies. Candidates must have strong knowledge of the carpentry industry and a commitment to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include:

Remodel, framing, demolition, and build-back, along with new construction builds Installation of Sheetrock and completion of specialized projects Full demo and upfit of stations including bathrooms, kitchens, ceilings, interiors, and exteriors Experience in all phases of carpentry, including demo, framing, and finish work Application of knowledge in wood refinishing, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing, and siding

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Hands-on experience across multiple carpentry phases
