Duties Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets Tri City Remodeling Standards. Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications. Requirements Strong understanding of contracts Ability to read blueprints and drawings Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Ability to adapt to each individual project and attention to detail. Previous experience working in residential Must be able to pass a background check
