Carryout/Cashier/Pizza

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist / pizza cook to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing takeout orders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent guest services while efficiently managing orders through our POS system. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with their takeout orders, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Accurately input orders into the POS system, including any special requests or modifications. Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items and specials. Ensure all to-go orders are packaged correctly and presented attractively for guests. Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing any concerns or questions promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, adhering to health and safety standards. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Experience in guest services, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proficiency in using POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and take orders efficiently. Ability to build rapport with guests, enhancing their overall experience. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
