Case Manager will be placed at Maple School Under the direction of the assigned Supervisor, the Case Manager will monitor the progress of participants to ensure families are progressing toward stability and competency, revise family specific service plans as necessary, and support all areas of program operations.   • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • 20 college units in Child Development, Public and Human Services or other related fields
  • 2 years experience working with children and/or families in a social service or educational environment
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in Spanish Copy of Transcript (showing 20 units in childhood education) Proof of HS Graduation (or Equivalent ) Requirements / Qualifications
