Job Description

Job Summary:
The Case Management Case Aide provides administrative and operational support to Case Managers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of case management services. This role assists with documentation, coordination, and communication tasks that support client care and program requirements. Mount Olivet Rolling Acres - MORA - is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. Due to continued growth in our Case Management department, we are seeking a Case Manager for clients in Anoka County. Office location is in Little Canada. MORA provides an array of services: Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children.
Schedule:
40 hours, M-F daytime/business hours.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$18.00-$23.00
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Case Manages, Supervisors, Managers and Director with daily administrative and coordination tasks Prepare, organize, and maintain client records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Perform data entry and assist with documentation tracking, and reporting requirements Complete general administrative tasks including filing, faxing, scanning, form creation or editing Cmmunicate with clients, families, providers and internal staff as directed Monitor required documentation and proactively follow-up on outstanding forms and deadlines Assist in gathering and organizing information for client visits, service planning, and agency audits Review case files to support accuracy, completeness and compliance Provide support to the billing department including documentation and data-related tasks Deliver general office and program support as needed Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High-School diploma or equivalent required One-year experience as a case aide/administrative assistant or a closely related field or one year of education beyond high school (for example, business school or college) Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems Ability to successfully meet the physical requirements of the position as outlined in the companies Physical Job Demands document Must pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) background study and maintain "qualified" status throughout employment. Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the
Office of Inspector General Desirable Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar support role Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs of team members Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and complete responsibilities independently Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (e.g., copier, scanner, fax) Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with strong attention to detail Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated customer service and public relations skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders Cherishing the big-hearted heritage of our beginnings, we actively advocate for equity and inclusion for the individuals we serve and for our employees.
