Job Description
As a Cashier, your job is to greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, accurately process transactions, and ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. You will help create a welcoming environment, support team members, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service throughout your shift.

Competitive pay based on experience Potential pay increases at 90 days and annually Full-time and Part-time positions Advancement opportunities in a growing company Flexible Scheduling Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (full-time employees) Employer paid life insurance and supplemental life insurance (full-time employees) 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment (all employees) Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and deliver outstanding service Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Process cash, card, and mobile transactions quickly and accurately Assist with inventory counts, cash handling, and daily shift documentation with accuracy and efficiency Boost sales by suggesting products, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers Process lottery transactions accurately and in compliance with regulations Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are always available and visually appealing Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including responsible sales of age-restricted items Collaborate with team members to create a smooth-running work environment Flex across tasks as needed, including food prep, cleaning, and inventory management Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive, and approachable attitude Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, credit, and mobile transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks, including food prep, cleaning, and inventory management Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate to keep the store running smoothly Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude toward workplace responsibilitiesSimilar remote jobs
