• Operate a front-load commercial garbage truck along assigned routes to collect and transport waste and recyclables.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Service commercial containers safely and efficiently according to route schedules.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatches, supervisors, and customers.
• Maintain accurate route documentation and logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Noble Environmental in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications Age:

• 25 years old;
• 23 years old if:o Completely clean MVR
• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
• Valid DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
• Safe driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Previous front-load or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
