Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash, credit card transactions, and balancing registers at shift end. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented. Assist with inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks to ensure products are available and appealing. Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette will enhance customer interactions. Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts.
