Cashier

As a Wendy's Cashier, we need you to bring your positive energy, smiles, enthusiasm and sense of urgency to the front counter and/or drive thru! As a Cashier you'll provide an outstanding customer experience by: Engaging with customers Operate the cash registers and take payments Assist customers with digital ordering and Mobile App Rewards Perform positional cleaning tasks Prepare beverages and Frosty as needed Coordinate and bag dine in and drive thru orders as needed Upselling when appropriate Main responsibilities of a cashier: Smile and be friendly to our guests! Managing transactions efficiently and accurately. Accepting payments and providing receipts Cashier job requirements: Fluent in English Energetic Good math skills Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively resolve complaints or know when to ask a manager for help with difficult complaints Basic computer or cash register knowledge Ability to multi-task The Wendy's Story First of all, yes, Wendy is a real person.
