Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunities await skilled Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a real impact with school-aged children and adolescents. Three contract positions are available, offering flexible schedules and the chance to work with a diverse student population in a dynamic educational environment. The openings include one full-time role, one part-time position (2 or 3 days a week, schedule negotiable based on your availability and caseload), and a maternity leave coverage from July through approximately October. You'll work with students from kindergarten through high school (ages 5-21), including those on the autism spectrum. Days run from 8:30am to 2:00pm, with 5 hours of direct therapy (including an unpaid half-hour lunch). Expect an engaging caseload of around 50 sessions per week, delivering meaningful support to learners across a range of needs. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with children across K-12 grade levels. Familiarity supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Previous use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices like TouchChat, LAMP, or Proloquo is valued. Comfort working both one-on-one and in group settings. Organized, punctual, and able to manage documentation efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide daily individual and group treatment sessions. Maintain accurate daily treatment notes. Complete quarterly and annual progress reports, as well as IEP drafts. Perform monthly self-audits of notes and attendance using the CM2 system. Collaborate professionally with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support.
