Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly and addressing inquiries promptly Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness Handle cash handling duties with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end Upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance over the phone Support inventory management by stocking new merchandise and participating in stock counts as needed Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to assist customers effectively in a bilingual setting is a plus Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership growth opportunities Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in fast-paced environments Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and retail sales techniques is beneficial Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Join us in creating a vibrant shopping experience where every customer feels valued!
