Cashier

Whether assisting with product or upselling items, your contribution will be key to driving sales and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide friendly, professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive presentation Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Assist with stocking, inventory management, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities Support supervising team members during busy periods or special events as needed Experience Prior cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings Experience with retail math for balancing registers and handling transactions accurately Join us to be part of a vibrant team at Cadillac West Party Store!
