Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier station, dining area, and food handling zones Support food service operations by bussing tables, managing food safety protocols, and ensuring quick turnaround times Manage basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts efficiently Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations diligently Requirements Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
