This role supports event operations through transportation of supplies, equipment, and event materials to and from event locations. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver event supplies and equipment Load and unload items safely and efficiently Coordinate with on-site event staff upon arrival Follow delivery schedules and communicate updates as needed Assist with basic event setup or breakdown support when required Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Strong time management and communication skills Ability to work independently and follow schedules Ability to lift and transport 30-40 lbs Weekend availability preferred Schedule Part-time Primarily weekend shifts with occasional weekday assignments Schedules provided in advance based on event calendar Compensation Competitive hourly pay starting at $30/hour Service Area Pickups primarily based in Northern New Jersey and NYC Deliveries may include NYC, Northern New Jersey, and occasional Long Island locations
