Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance Conduct product demos when applicable to educate customers about features and benefits Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when assisting via phone Requirements Previous cashiering experience or familiarity with POS systems is preferred Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly valued Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environment is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professionalism Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting!
