Cashier/Customer Service

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and quickly. Assist customers with menu selections, answering questions about food items and specials. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and food preparation zones. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a quick-service fast food restaurant or food service environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic sales techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus but not required.
