Millers Centerfield is hiring for Cashiers/Cleaners. Night shift and day shift. Must be 21 or older to apply. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently and securely Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision, maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide friendly phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking inquiries Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising efforts Assist in training new team members or supervising staff during shifts when needed Promote a safe shopping environment by adhering to store policies and safety protocols Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in both bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) environments if applicable Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and merchandising Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers Join us as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate where your proactive approach will energize our store environment.
