Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and integrity Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, stocking supplies as needed Conduct product demos when appropriate to showcase features and benefits to customers Upsell related products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or customer service settings is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities (preferred) Experience with merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations is advantageous Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage customers through product demos Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations Effective communication skills for team collaboration and customer interactions Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
