Cashier/Customer Service

Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a welcoming environment for every customer. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that helps shoppers navigate their purchases, provides exceptional service, and ensures smooth store operations. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product demos. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions quickly and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Be able to assemble and unload vast varieties of furniture. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains clean, inviting, and well-organized Assist with inventory management through stocking products, conducting stock checks, and participating in periodic inventory counts Do home and store deliveries and installs to local customers. Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 60LBS.

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential Strong communication skills Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and retail math calculations

CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TESTS!
