Cashier/Front counter

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with food orders at the front counter or café area Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations, with precision Prepare simple food items or assist in food preparation to meet quality standards and customer expectations Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and improve customer experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter, dining area, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations Support food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours Requirements Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us to deliver memorable experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and a passion for the food industry!
