Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Prepare and cook grilled items, ensuring food safety standards and quality are maintained at all times Handle cash transactions, giving correct change and managing cash handling procedures with precision Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve the customer experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and equipment Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within quick service or fast-food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between cashiering and cooking duties Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant experience or work in the food industry is highly preferred Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist customers efficiently Should have restaurant and grill experience prior Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food and memorable service experiences.
