Duties Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality standards and sanitation protocols are maintained Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cashier responsibilities including cash handling, register balancing, and transaction accuracy Support food safety practices by adhering to sanitation, food handling, and hygiene standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience in food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations is advantageous Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Shift Lead is desirable but not required Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new restaurant opening where your enthusiasm and dedication will make a real impact.
