Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns Assist customers with product demos and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked neatly on shelves Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves and assisting with inventory counts Follow phone etiquette protocols when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support retail sales goals through proactive engagement and effective communication skills Experience Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively Experience in merchandising, stock management, and product demos enhances your fit for this role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
