HIRING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-maintained Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their purchase experience Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or follow-up calls Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed Requirements Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts Experience in retail sales, merchandising, stocking, or grocery store operations is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Enthusiasm for product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Join us in creating a lively shopping environment where every customer feels valued!
